Antoni Mateu Olive Oil — Coupage (250 ml), new harvest: obtained by first extraction at the Caimari mill from Picual, Mallorquina, Arbequina and Cornicabra olives. "Superior" category: cold mechanical extraction that preserves natural aromas and properties. Profile: ripe fruitiness, sweet nuances, a slight bitterness and a peppery touch; green aromas with notes of nuts and fruit.
